Het afvalbeleid in Rusland staat nog niet helemaal op punt.
The Russian waste management is not yet up to speed. Next to every city we have seen these type of dumps. Good that in Belgium we are not allowed to mix plastic waste with paper, or burn leaves and branches in our gardens.
