June 9 Ferry - Donghae - Pohang (ROK)

Bijna in Korea

De brandweer commandant zal zeer tevreden zijn met de lokatie van de "darts".

Bij onze aankomst in Donghae, was het iets meer dan 2 uren wachten om voorbij de Koreaanse immigratie te geraken.

It took the Korean customs only 2 hours to clear the 3 bikes. a nice change from Russian and Mongolian border crossings

Eindelijk was het dan zover. Al het papierwerk in orde en op weg in Zuid Korea. Onze eerste stop ergens in Donghae.

en "wijle weg" richting Pohang, dat ergens tussen Donghea en Busan ligt.

June 8 Vladivostok - Ferry (RUS)

DBS verzorgt de ferry verbinding tussen Vladivostok (RUS), Donghae (ROK) en Sakaiminato (J).
We again had to amend our travel plans, seeing the ferry which should take us from Busan (Korea) to Fukuoka (Japan) is also out of service for maintenance. So we decided to take the DBS ferry to Japan. The ferry will take us first to Donghae, where we will ride through Korea for one week and then board again in Donghae to sail to Sakaiminato (Japan). Sakaiminato is 600km from Oita, so it will take us longer to eventually reach Oita, where or lovely ladies will be expecting us.

June 6 - 7 Vladivostok (RUS)

Voor de zoveelste keer naar het kantoor van de ferry maatschappij (DBS) voor het papierwerk om de motoren voorbij de douane en op de boot te krijgen.

Afscheid nemen van de motor en hopen dat we hem in goede staat terug zullen zien in Korea.
